A good leader produces leaders for the Kingdom of God that he or she may continue the task whatever God has given us to do. If we see Moses he prepared Joshua and Caleb, Paul prepared Timothy. Bible teaches us to do it that we do the same. Keeping this matter in our mind we organize this Lay Leadership Training for our brothers and sisters in Christ. We teach them very easy process with basic things of Christian life that they may use it in their own personal life and in their own family and congregation. Through this training program we observed a good impact in our ministry works in different fields.
